Der vill altid blive lavet en lejekontrakt imellem locationejer og lejer/produktionsselskab. Udarbejdelsen af denne kontrakt står Scoutshonor oftest for.
Udlejning forudsættes at lejer har en gældende produktionsforsikring.
Selvom Scoutshonor løbende arbejder på at opdatere billederne af de forskellige locations kan der være sket ændringer på locations i forhold til billederne, i form af: ommøblering, en anden farve på væggen mv. Scoutshonor opfordrer derfor altid potientielle lejere til at besøge locations før der udarbejdes en endelig kontrakt.
Locationejer forventer oftest en slutrengøring efter endt leje og dette skal aftales inden kontrakten udarbejdes.
Har locationejer ikke mulighed for at bo og benytte deres hjem pga forskudte tider, forberedelse eller oprydning, forventes der genhusning til locationejer + evt. familie. Udgiften til dette betales af lejer.
Scoutshonor står for alt kommunikation med locationejer frem til en evt. underskrevet kontrakt.

A location agreement will always be made between the location owner and the tenant/production company. Scoutshonor is usually responsible for making this contract.
An agreement requires that the tenant has valid production insurance.
Although Scoutshonor continuously works to update the images of the various locations, there may have been changes to the locations in relation to the images, in the form of: refurnishing, a different color on the wall, etc. Scoutshonor therefore always encourages potential tenants to visit locations before a final contract is signed.
The location owner usually expects a final cleaning after the rent out. The details about this must be agreed before the contract is made.
If the location owner is unable to live and use their home due to early or late shoots, preparation or wrap, rehousing of the location owner + family is expected. Rehousing is paid by the tenant.
Scoutshonor takes care of all communication with the location owner up to a possible signed contract.

Ett hyresavtal upprättas alltid mellan hyresvärden och hyresgästen/produktionsföretaget. Scoutshonor är vanligtvis ansvarig för att upprätta detta kontrakt.
För att hyra ut krävs att hyresgästen har en giltig produktionsförsäkring.
Även om Scoutshonor kontinuerligt arbetar med att uppdatera bilderna på de olika platserna kan det ha skett förändringar på platserna i förhållande till bilderna, i form av ommöblering, annan väggfärg m.m. Scoutshonor uppmuntrar därför alltid potentiella hyresgäster att besöka platser innan ett slutligt kontrakt upprättas.
Hyresvärden räknar vanligtvis med en slutstädning efter hyrestidens utgång och detta måste överenskommas innan kontraktet upprättas.
Om hyresvärden inte har möjlighet att nyttja sin bostad på grund av försenade tider, förberedelser eller sanering, förväntas ersättning för hyresväreden samt eventuell familj. Kostnaden för detta betalas av hyresgästen.
Scoutshonor ansvarar för all kommunikation med hyresvärden fram till ett ev. signerat kontrakt.
