Priser / Rates

Finders fee pr. location: 4.500 DKK ex. moms
(Denne udgift er ikke en del af locationlejen og betales af produktionselskabet/lejer direkte til Scoutshonor. Der betales kun ved endelig brug af location)

Locationleje / Location rates

Lejepriserne variere alt efter location, omfang af produktion, antal af dage osv. Dagsprisen ligger oftest imellem 4.000 - 7.000 DKK på fiktionsprojekter og 8.000 - 10.000 DKK på kommercielle-projekter. For ekstraordinære og luksuriøse locations er priserne ofte højere. Ved flere dages leje forhandles der ofte en rabat.
De ovenstående ca. priser er ved en typisk dagsleje iden for alm. arbejdstid.

Location rates vary according to location, extent of production, number of days, etc. The daily rate is usually between DKK 4,000 - 7,000 for fiction projects and DKK 8,000 - 10,000 for commercial projects. For extraordinary and luxurious locations, prices are often higher. For several days rental, a discount is often negotiated.
The above estimated prices are within general working hours. (Day)

Clearing af location / Clearing of a location

Scoutshonor kan cleare op til 3 locations uden beregning. Ønskes der yderliger locations clearet tager vi 500 DKK ex moms pr location. Denne udgift skal betales uanset om produktionen ender med at benytte en eller flere af de clearet locations eller ej.

Scoutshonor can clear up to 3 locations free of charge. If you want additional locations cleared, we charge DKK 500 ex. VAT per location. This expense must be paid regardless of whether the production ends up using one or more of the cleared locations or not.

Lejebetingelser / Rental conditions

Der vill altid blive lavet en lejekontrakt imellem locationejer og lejer/produktionsselskab. Udarbejdelsen af denne kontrakt står Scoutshonor oftest for.

Udlejning forudsættes at lejer har en gældende produktionsforsikring.

Selvom Scoutshonor løbende arbejder på at opdatere billederne af de forskellige locations kan der være sket ændringer på locations i forhold til billederne, i form af: ommøblering, en anden farve på væggen mv. Scoutshonor opfordrer derfor altid potientielle lejere til at besøge locations før der udarbejdes en endelig kontrakt.

Locationejer forventer oftest en slutrengøring efter endt leje og dette skal aftales inden kontrakten udarbejdes.

Har locationejer ikke mulighed for at bo og benytte deres hjem pga forskudte tider, forberedelse eller oprydning, forventes der genhusning til locationejer + evt. familie. Udgiften til dette betales af lejer.

Scoutshonor står for alt kommunikation med locationejer frem til en evt. underskrevet kontrakt.

A location agreement will always be made between the location owner and the tenant/production company. Scoutshonor is usually responsible for making this contract.

An agreement requires that the tenant has valid production insurance.

Although Scoutshonor continuously works to update the images of the various locations, there may have been changes to the locations in relation to the images, in the form of: refurnishing, a different color on the wall, etc. Scoutshonor therefore always encourages potential tenants to visit locations before a final contract is signed.

The location owner usually expects a final cleaning after the rent out. The details about this must be agreed before the contract is made.

If the location owner is unable to live and use their home due to early or late shoots, preparation or wrap, rehousing of the location owner + family is expected. Rehousing is paid by the tenant.

Scoutshonor takes care of all communication with the location owner up to a possible signed contract.

Udover alle vores online locations har vi også et offline-arkiv. Arkivet indeholder locations der endnu ikke er kommet online, samt locations hvor for ejerne ikke ønsker deres bolig online. Kontakt os med information og gerne reference billeder af det i søger og vi vil tjekke arkivet.

In addition to all our online locations, we also have an offline archive. The archive contains locations that have not yet come online, as well as locations where the owners do not want their home online.
